Incubation and hatching

A viable egg incubates for 24 to 48 hours. In Incubator, choose Hatch on a ready egg, or Hatch all when several are ready. The reveal shows the hatchling and what it inherited; name it there or choose Name later. The chance of a female hatchling is 50%, with the rest male.

The hatchling joins Collection, and the egg frees its incubator slot. The first hatch also permanently adds living and incubator room. Check your living space before a clutch grows up, then return to the next ready egg. The Morph Library helps you read a trait you see in the reveal.
