Fast forwards

Items that finish a wait early, such as Growth Formula, each spend one fast forward. You hold 5, and each comes back 30 days after you spend it. Days your collection is paused do not count. A Keeper’s Assistant adds one more that is spent once. Nothing ever changes what a gecko is, only when things happen.
